Uggh can't stand being stuffed up and can hardly breath, even when I am sitting up.
Any suggestions?

Another thing my mouth is super dry which is not normal(having to breath through mouth does not help anything. Another thing I hate is my eczema(a form of it) and it hurts and have been itchy even though I am not having my cycle.

I am going to try to get prune juice to help combat the constipation I have been having.  I wish the government would quit raising the prices of the healthier foods, but then again our government is to damn greedy to care about the low class families(this includes the poor), they need to go after the damn rich and make them pay higher taxes.

Hello and Welcome to my first blog on my 1st pregnancy.

My name is Alisa, married 4 years Dec 21, 2007.  I have been living in D.V.(will not put whole word here) since I married and have no support here where I live and no support from either side of family. 

I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant according to my lmp.  I have many of the symptoms and not in my head, and definitely not wish on anyone.  The worst part so far is the constipation, diarrhea, sleeplessness(insomnia), and the mood swings. 

Today I sneezed and god the pain was annoying, but went away after few seconds.  I hate the sneezing fits, and the gas I also hate.

Not sure what else to put here.
